This is the foundation for your listing launch. Expect professional photos, professional real estate video, and a 3D tour filled with details about your home that will establish value for online buyers. By my observation over several years, less than 3% of Wyoming homes in our MLS receive all three of these services, so this can really help your home stand out amongst the competition. I will also design your printed and digital marketing materials during this stage.

MLS listings syndicate to around 60 real estate sites, including Zillow and Realtor.com. This isn’t a unique service, but it will provide your home significant exposure online. This is why I stress the importance of an excellent visual presentation. During this stage, I will begin marketing campaigns digitally and in print in order to reach a much larger audience than real estate sites alone can provide. My initial digital marketing goal outside the major real estate websites is for your home’s ad to appear at least 50,000 times in our local market.

My job as a salesman for your home involves becoming an expert on all its features, which is part of the groundwork laid before your listing goes live. The process of selling your home is built on this foundation and begins as soon as I launch your listing. It also extends to showings, and rather than leave a lock box on the door for buyers’ agents, I’ll show your home personally so I have the opportunity to enthusiastically share everything I’ve learned with every buyer who walks through your door.
